Warranty, Returns & Exchanges


Warranty
Products that we sell are under warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship, by either Exhibico Display Services Ltd. or the manufacturers we work with. In any case, Exhibico Display Services Ltd. will facilitate all warranty claims and repair or replace any parts that are found to be within the scope of warranty service. 

The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the original buyer and is non-transferable. General maintenance and proper care of the product is the owner’s responsibility. Warranties do not cover items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation or packaging after use.

Returns
A return request for a refund or exchange must be made within three days of the order receipt date. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure that it is clearly printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned to our location without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery. All items must arrive at our warehouse within ten days of the return request, no exceptions. Items that arrive after ten days will not be accepted. 

All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Every component and accessory, including free promotional items, must be returned in order to receive a refund. The shipping cost from the original order cannot be refunded.

Custom built/ made-to-order displays including but not limited to custom-printed graphics is final sale and not returnable for refund or exchange.

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Do not try to fix anything! We will work with you to determine whether the fault lies with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer. If it is the shipping carrier, see our Shipping Information page for information about Damage in Transit. If it is the manufacturer, we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. 

Exhibico Display Services Ltd. reserves the right to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether or not to accept any expedited shipping charges associated with shipping out replacement products or repairs.
